8We’ve got to start thinking outside the box.” This is a statement almost every leader has said. For decades, creativity and innovation have been defined by a person’s ability to look beyond the traditional methods of the organization.
Steve Jobs, the co founder of Apple said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.”

Justin Lathrop, in his article “Why You Need to STOP Thinking Outside the Box” observed that our effort to think outside the box could be the reason we are we missing it and that there is a possibility of your next innovative idea to come from “inside the box” thinking. Do you agree with this? Bobby Gruenewald seemed to collaborate this thinking when he said that “Innovation comes from ‘thinking inside the box’; believing God has given you everything you need despite constraints.”
